Making a purchase
This could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy - choosing the size, fit and colour, as appropriate - and click the 'add to basket' button, this puts them into your shopping cart.
You can either continue shopping ... or ... if you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We are happy to accept credit card payment ... All transactions are charged in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), if you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.
* Please note: The rate will vary from day to day and will be provided by our bank at the time of the transaction. We cannot be held responsible for the rate of exchange.
Please do not contact us for an exchange rate for your currency - you can check the current exchange rate and get the 'approximate' total amount by using the website www.xe.com.
For customers who wish to transfer funds direct from their bank account, please place any order on line in the normal way and select invoice with order and we will advise of our bank details by email. We require full payment, including any bank charges, in UK Pounds Sterling (GB£) only.
Shipping And Handling
Unfortunately due to an increase in fraudulent credit card activity on our site ... solelyshoes.com now only deliver to the invoice address given - the credit card used must be issued to this invoice address, and the secure code must be quoted. All credit cards are verified, with further checks done when deemed necessary.
At our discretion, we will consider shipping to a business address when we can verify the cardholder is confirmed at that address.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to send out goods to the Russian Federation.
In the event of any footwear becoming faulty or under complaint we regret that we are unable to cover any return shipping costs.
* Please Note: We reserve the right to use a shipping company of our choice for all purchases.
Shipping charges remain the same. Shipping and Handling charges and level of service for purchases as follows:
UK - Normally next working day delivery (UPS Standard Service or Royal Mail Signed For Delivery) - FREE [see Returns Policy below]
Europe (EU countries only) - two to three working days delivery (UPS Standard Service or International Signed For Small Packets/ or Airsure - Royal Mail Delivery) - 1 pair: £13.95, 2 pairs: £19.50, 3 or more pairs: £25.
USA and Canada - (UPS/DHL Express Service or Royal Mail International) - 1 pair: £22.50, 2 pairs: £35.00, 3 or more pairs: £40.00.
Rest of the World - three to four working days delivery using most cost effective carrier for destination country - 1 pair: £29.00, 2 pairs: £49.00, 3 or more pairs: £59.00

We will not deliver to a P.O. box under any circumstances.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally process your order within two business days. International orders are generally delivered in under three to four business days once they have been processed. However, during busy periods, it may take a little longer to arrange shipment of your order. Goods are sent out Monday to Friday only - and not on a weekend.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock with us or the manufacturer, we will back order it for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
* Please note: In some circumstances back-ordered items may be charged in advance so that we can secure product from our suppliers.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.
Important note : : Import tax and duty may be collected by our nominated shipper on behalf of your Government and is payable by you if requested. If you require more information please contact your local Customs Authority. This is out of our control and this is the responsibility of the customer.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted using a secure server when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We will on occasions take additional action to protect us and the genuine card holder from suspected fraudulent credit card activity. This can include contacting the credit card issuer and/or the relevant Authorities if we suspect a transaction to be fraudulent.
Privacy Policy
SolelyShoes.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
Please Note : Special Terms and Conditions Regarding Returns & Exchanges of Sale/Discounted Items - We are unable to exchange or refund sale items sent to addresses outside of the EEC.
Return Policy for Non-Sale Items ... If you wish to exchange your purchase please advise via email to returns@solelyshoes.com within 7 days of receiving the goods for a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC). Please note that we are unable to accept any returned goods without an RAC.
In the event of any footwear becoming faulty or under complaint we regret that we are unable to cover any return shipping costs.
We request that you return the product at your own cost to us in the UK or, if appropriate, a forwarding address in your own country. Goods must be returned as new in the original packaging and received within 30 days.
For UK based customers we will ship out a replacement free of charge for your first exchange or refund your account as requested. For customers outside of the UK, any exchange will be charged at our normal shipping rates.
* Please note: All exchanges of reduced, clearance and sale footwear will be charged at our normal shipping rates.
Refunds to UK based customers are subject to a handling charge of £7.00 for one pair, £10.00 for two pairs and £15.00 for three or more pairs.
For customers outside the UK we use our normal shipping rates as a handling charge. This is to cover our delivery costs.
